ORDERING PROCESS

• Please place your order by Email: info@hannahbakescakes.co.uk or text: 07763 322779 (we do not take orders over the phone)
• Minimum order is 4 cupcakes
• When ordering specific flavours, it is a minimum of 2 cupcakes per flavour OR you can order a ‘Variety Box’.  This will include a random mix of flavours and shall give you more choice.
• Please allow at least 3 days notice for all orders. Orders will be subject to availability.

DELIVERY

• Collection is preferred – the address is 80 Braeside Place, Mannofield, Aberdeen.  AB15 7TU
• Delivery charge will be calculated on a ‘postcode to postcode’ basis
• I cannot deliver at specific times
• I deliver within a 7 mile radius

PAYMENT

• Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer (Invoice – to be paid within 7 days) or paypal
• Please note – there will be an additional charge for payment made through paypal – £1 for orders up to £25 – £2 for orders between £25 and £50 – £3 for orders between £50 and £75 – £4 for orders between £75 and £100…..
• Customised orders must be paid for in advance – no refund will be given if any items have been ordered or if the cupcakes have been made.
